No PnP cashbacks and Vitality points

I have been a Vitality member since the beginnig of 2013.
I got my PnP Discovery HealthFood card, smartshopper card and Discovery credit card in January.
My first purchase at PnP was done on 20 January and I used another credit card. I received cash backs and Vitality points. But since then, for the last three months, I have received NO cashbacks or Vitality points. I have swiped all cards necessary - Smartshopper, PnP Discovery Healthfood, and with some transactions I used my Discovery card. I received the smartshopper points, but that is all.
I have been reporting and emailing Discovery Vitality since beginning March, but always with the same response - there is something wrong with the system, it will take 3-5 working days, did you swipe all your cards? On the slips emailed to Discovery it shows clearly that ALL cards was swipes - smartshopper and Vitality, because Vitality products is clearly identified!!!
I am the one being loyal to a Vitality partner, but NOT getting the benefit in cashbacks or in Vitality points being accumulated to a better Vitality status.
I am not impress with Vitality's promises. To me personally it borders on false advertising!!!
