Most shocking appalling, negligent ICU nurses

Incompetent nurses who cant even fill in admission forms. No experience. Horrific bruises from failed attempts to insert drip. Tried to give the severely ill patient lunch on the day the liver abscess drainage operation was scheduled despite nil by mouth instruction.
After operation ICU was disgustingly rude. Horrible and patronizing attitude. Refused to escalate intense pain despite morphine. No compassion or kindness AT ALL. No emergency cell phones numbers asked for.

Had to leave my mom crying, in agony, begging me not to go, to an individual who should have taken a career as a jail warden, with a senior on duty who she obviously had learnt from, because he was even worse.

How can this happen!!!
