Completely disappointed

As I type this my fianc? is in Milpark hospital. The entire experience far has been traumatic (for both of us). After being admitted he was placed in a room with dirty bathroom and stains on the room walls. The light fixtures above his bed were broken and his drip was held together with duck tape. Things only got worse. On the second day his emergency call button stopped working, and each his he drip needed changing or when he went into fever spells I had to beg nurses for help - I was repeatedly ignored. Understanding that nurses are under pressure i tried being patient but received nothing but unhelpful, cold, apathetic attitudes. These attitudes only reflect poor leadership within Netcare. Never again will I step foot in a Netcare facility.
