3 MONTHS AND CLAIM STILL NOT PROCESSED?!?!?!?

I am sick and tired of Bankmed's slack service this year!!!

I fell pregnant last year, and up to date (from 14 JANUARY 2013) I have managed to process two claims?
I am now going on maternity leave in 5 weeks time, which obviously is not enough time for me to process the remainder of the claims.

I have been trying to process this one claim since the 5th March and nothing has been done about it!!
After resending and phoning in for the third time I was told, Just fax it rather. I phoned in again after nothing had been done AGAIN and asked to speak to a head of claims department and was told I can't? And sent the claim directly to the call centre person, still nothing has been done.

This is hopeless!!!

It has taken me the same amount of time to process two claims as it has for me to have a baby - it's a wonder there are over 200 complaints on Hellopeter. PATHETIC!!!

The ONE time I really needed to rely on my medical aid - it has let me down. Perhaps I should recheck my options and move my partner, twins and myself elsewhere.
