Need to close down hospital

Blaauwberg hospital is the most uncaring hospital ever! We have only had bad experiences in their emergency room of drs and nurses not caring for. My husband unfortunately was in an accident and much to my dismay he was rushed to this hellhole. I was not with him at the time so when I got the call I immediately rushed there to find him sitting in the waiting room in intense pain crutching his arm that had broken in multiple places. When I asked if dr has seen him yet he said no and that he had been there for 30 mins already. I demanded an explanation as to why he hadnt received pain meds as clearly he was in immense pain and anyone looking could see his arm was severely broken only to be told dr is busy! I completely understand that he is busy with maybe life threatening situations but is it that hard for the nurses to make him comfortable in a bed and start administering pain meds? Also while we where there another couple stormed out of the a&e because of there terrible care. I am currently getting testimonials of all my friends and family members and am going to the newspapers to the public to get justice for all patience who have ever gone there and treated like dirt!
