Have ignored my claims!!

Hi, I have claimed my babys paed exactly 2weeks aftr I had given birth last year!! they have just ignored it n pretended as if they hadn't paid me out!! when I spoe to consultant she said they will pay me out (last year) and this year nothing!!!
u have also billed me oncorrectly because they said they'll keep me @lowest amount but are overcharging ME!
