I have had endless problems with Discovery over the past year. I have had to claim for the birth of my daughter as well as an emergency gastroscopy for my wife. Each claim resulted in issues that had to be resolved with plenty of frustration. All my claims had to be reprocessed numerous times. Money was taken from my Health Wallet and then refunded again. It all resulted in such a mess that Discovery now sends me a letter on a monthly basis stating that I owe them money. I complained about it, but got a nonsense explanation that it has to be paid. I gave in and paid the money owed. A couple of days later Discovery paid the money back into my account. I continued to get the letter stating that I owe money. I queried this again and finally someone from the debt department contacted me to say that it is a system issue and that I do not owe any money. Basically Discovery Health has one system and Health Wallet is on the Card system. The one says I owe and the other says I don't. If I pay the money, it will be paid back to me. And so I still receive the letter claiming money I owe. Please Discovery sort out your systems! Or stop changing things every year, your systems cant keep up!
