VERY dissapointed in Momentum Health

I'm just going to jump right in... Momentum never informed us that they are no longer with carecross after we have been to the dr. This all happened last year and they only send letters out in March (they never e-mailed or send a sms due to the post office striking). We (me and my husband) went to the dentist in December he did a few things and informed us to come back in January for more work. We went back and he finished working on our teeth. We got an account of R4000 to say we must pay or medicross will take us to the lawyers. When we hastily informed Momentum they said it's not their fold it's carecross and they must pay we have to phone them?? We phoned carecross and they said momentum is at fault and they cant help!! Momentum said carecross only pay up to end of Dec, I asked them about the payment that's due from Dec, they said the dr resigned from carecross in March last year (how on earth were we suppose to know that since MOMENTUM NEVER informed us)??? We don't understand how momentum actually works??? They are our medical aid and they were suppose to informed us!!! R4000 is a lot of money and we are sooooo disappointed in momentum's lack of communicating to members??? :(
