Overcharging Pensioners

I would like to express my total dissatisfaction with Discovery Health, every year my parents need to submit income verifications which we do. However this year 2013 we received the same communication and submitted all the relevant documents that was requested as per the correspondence that was received from Discovery Health. However discovery Health took it upon themselves to overcharge my parents by taking almost a double contribution for the last couple of months, we thinking it was due to my mums eye op that she had, on further investigating it was discovered that they decided to put them on a different income bracket which meant a higher premium. How can you Discovery Health without any consultation or correspondence decide this. For goodness sake they are pensioners and dependent on me. I have been in touch with the call centre and to date no response, if all documentation was submitted I will appreciate it if we could kindly get our overpayments back as this was no fault of ours. Such a large organisation with no empathy for pensioners!
