I would like to congratulate Discovery health on attaining all time lows in service. Back in 2009 Discovery had efficient and effective processing systems, but year on year they have reduced the level of service a little more. Presumably the more difficult they make the processes the less they need to pay out.

We have claimed on behalf of a patient but the transaction is continually processed incorrectly. We did once receive a payment that was reversed. So in effect we got nothing.

It is my belief that Discovery has a POLICY of INCOMPETENCE to ensure that claims are not paid placing the burden of payment on the Member - EVEN WHEN THE TREATMENT WAS AUTHORISED IN WRITING!

Well done Discovery you you will only have me as a member until Jan 2014 because I disagree with the way you do things.
