Worst service

My husband and I have called and emailed discovery health regarding two different claims for procedures that were done in Feb this year and we have had no or delayed responses in this regard with no solution. We are now being handed over for a bill not being paid where it is Discoveries responsibility. It seems discovery avoids these claims on purpose! This is ridiculous and poor service. We received one e-mail where the person referred to the beneficiary of the account as "washing machine " which clearly makes no sense. It is disturbing that these incompetent people are handling our health plan!
