WE have been trying now for 2 months do downgrade my fathers medical aid, he doesn't have money to pay for his medical aid and we have done everything in our power to request Momentum change his plan to the cheapest option but each time they take a week or 2 weeks to come back and then wants another form to be filled out - we are now so frustrated. they even deducted the higher amount twice off my grandfathers account as they are now responsible for paying my fathers medical aid and now they are just not letting us know whether they have downgraded it or not!!

We don't know what to do anymore - Myself Cyrilene Barnard, Tina Mogentale our broker and my grandfather and father Carel Broekman and Johan Broekman has now dealt with this situation - we don't have the money to pay the more expensive option anymore what more must we do?? Please help we have exhausted all options.
