Endless Queries on PMB Claims

Since 2010 my husband has required stoma bags on a monthly basis. This is a regular claim, the same amount each month. Initially the claims were settled direct with the practitioner. More recently the supplier has asked that we settle directly and claim from the medical aid.

Since the beginning of the year, if I did not know differently, I would think that Medihelp are deliberately being obtuse as they have repeatedly rejected these claims with queries the answers to which are self evident. See claim 269027203 (03 May), 268853403 (29 April), 268459102 (15 April). All refer to supplier 33286. This badly affects our cash flow and I have asked that the refund be offset against our subscription. Every time I call I am informed that it will take two weeks for any action to be taken.

I have spoken to McDonald several times but am no further forward. Please somebody sort this out. We have a claim outstanding since mid March. It really cannot be that difficult!
