Reimbursement still outstanding from 2013

I have been with Medihelp for close to three years, my monthly installments amounting to upwards of R32 000. Since being a member I have had one optometrist appointment and two doctor appointments. Whilst there the doctor referred me to a specialist. I called Medihelp and asked the process. Thereafter I submitted my claim and after a lengthy period with no feedback, I followed up with the customer care. The lady was clueless and told me it is the claims department and there is nothing she can do, I must wait for them to get to me claim. When they did get to me, they took off 20% of my claim as I had apparently not followed procedure. I told them to check the calls as I had done what I was advised. It has been a further two weeks with no update. Medihelp has a complete lack of service or a sense of customer service. Those that answer the calls must be taught the process so as to avoid misinforming the customers, the claims department need to be trained to be quicker as two months is completely unacceptable and the customer care needs to be trained on customer service, a visit to Hellopeter prices the point of dissatisfied customers, please get someone to contact me to resolve this
