Poor Service from Netcare Medical Scheme

My claim was submitted to Netcare Medical Aid on the 25 May 2013 and resubmitted on 16 June 2013. Still no response from Netcare. Had to call 4 times and still did not get through to the call centre yesterday. Eventually got through and no reason given for terrible service. Poor pathetic service from Netcare Medical Aid.
