Netcare Medical aid have not paid since 2013/07

My Wife went for a procedure last year at round about 2013/07 and since then we have been battling and struggling to get any help from netcare to pay the bills they said they would. We did get all the authorization before the procedure (Auth no: 459689) and it was stated that if you have the authorization netcare medical aid will pay for the procedure. Up until now they have not paid nearly everything and no one is able to help us. We have spoken to a case manager that said they will get back to us, and nothing happened since last year, we have spoken to Bongi and a Thandi, the one is worst that the other and they really no help. I am very frustrated with netcare at this stage and will do anything not to support them ever again as well as to take further steps. This have been a very draining process so far and we have spent a lot of money on phone calls to try and sort out netcare's mistakes. The refrence number with netcare at this stage is: 105643469 and there newest excuse not to pay is the fact that we moved to another medical aid Jan 2014 and they say we are not there clients anymore they can't help. THIS PROCEDURE TOOK PLACE last year 2013/07 when I paid netcare every month!
