Epic fail

Discovery, really? I usually don't have the time or inclination to write complaints but service and attitude's has reached an all time low, Ive complained 3 times in the last 2 months... phew,
I couldn't go to the gym, I was overseas, then my contract gets terminated due to lack of use, I agree that you want us to go to gym and want us healthier so you make more money, but dealing with you has shortened my life by 10 years!!! Next time I am overseas I will get my wife to swipe my card at the gym so I keep my contract, its going to make me much healthier...
And please train your people, they love to put words in your mouth, accuse you of saying things you did not (and its all recorded!) Accuse you of lying, and treating you like an,

I really don't need the gym contract that much, but its the principal of the issue, I did not receive notification that the contract would be terminated if I did not go to gym xx amount of times before xx date, so don't tell me that I did, I see no reason to for a gym contract,

This could have been resolved quickly and easily, but its turned into a fiasco
