Missing money from atm

On 20/11/2013 i deposited R10k at a atm for rent, the deposit did not go through and the money did not come out, so went into branch was advised after 5 days the deposit will go through, as promised on the 25/11/13 it was deposited however not the full amt only R9800 was deposited, so WHAT HAPPEN TO THE R200. Went to query advised that, thats the amt tht was dep. after insisting it was not was advised they will follow up, but how is it possible for the 200 to go missing. i have made sure 3/4 times before going to the atm to make sure there was 10k. well awaiting feedback. please beware wen making deposits at fnb atm as there is no proof of your deposits if the money is swallowed, and not sure who is taking the money as we do not get a proof.
