I am very irritated with Ok. I bought a Lshape couch 2months ago within that month i got a hole in the couch seems like a factory fault. I reported it on the 17th September 2025 to date i haven't received the new seat that I was promised. Everytime i enquire at the Cleary Park branch they just say that they waiting on the warehouse its been a month already they are still waiting on the warehouse i even went into store and ask them whether i could collect it myself from the warehouse beacause it's not a nice image when you get visitors and they have to see my broken seat which is actually new couches which i paid in cash. Please tell me why are they taking so long to replace my seat.
