Washing machine repair

My washing machine, purchased at Lewis Nigel, broke as the interior drum had detached and was banging against the sides of the machine. They collected the machine and, a week later, informed me that it was repaired and would be returned to my house. The machine was NOT repaired, so I sent it back. They asked me to come to the store to show them what was wrong. I showed the manager and staff that the drum was loose. A week later, they told me that the machine was repaired, but I should come to the store to inspect it. I saw the manager there, checked the machine, and the repair was NOT done. I then emailed customer care, and they said they would investigate and get back to me.

Two weeks later, they contacted me and told me the machine was repaired and they were delivering it back to my house. When they got to my house, the gentlemen delivering the washing machine asked me why it was delivered back to me because even they knew it was not repaired. I inspected the machine, and the repair was NOT done.

I was contacted by Nuraan from customer care on Friday, 17/10/25, and assured that a manager would contact me on Monday, 20/10/25. This never happened. I contacted Nuraan on Wednesday, 22/10/25, and again she assured me they would get back to me. It's Friday, 24/10/25, and again no communication.

I took insurance on all of the furniture bought at Lewis Nigel, but 2 months later, no repair has been done, nor has the machine been replaced.
