I do not know where to start with Rochester! I have had terrible experience and coming up against walls! We purchased 2 couches from Rochester at separate times and the 1st one started fraying on the cushions a couple of months after buying it, we don't use it often. The 2nd couch arrived with a hole in it. I immediately demanded another couch! So this was the beginning of my unpleasant journey with Rochester!
The couch that was fraying at the seams was fixed, after a few months started fraying again, I called a few months ago 4Feb'13 to be exact and spoke to call centre. Weeks later, heard nothing! I contacted again, and was told they will arrange to collect couch and send me a loan couch (9th March over month later!)Loan couch was delivered on the 22nd March (again weeks later!)the fraying couch taken at same time. When moved the loan couch it left R5 coin size black grease marks on the carpet and when we lifted it we saw more marks on carpet. ONLY on 17Apr13 did someone come out and try to clean our carpet. After scrubbing more damage. I called MD & GM no answers. Called again today and goT thru promised it will be sorted. STILL NO UPDATE ON FRAYING COUCH NEARLY 3 MONTHS LATER!

Great service until they got their money
