Coricraft did not disclose information prior to sale, do we have any right to compensation for remedy?

Fabric sold/chosen for couch manufacturing has a low rub count, which caused pilling and couch will need to be shaved by hand every few months.

Low rub count fabric suitable for cushions and throws, not upholstery.

They don’t advise that Pilling is an exclusion in the terms and conditions and guarantee card, which is provided after choosing the fabric for manufacture!

This non-disclosed information should be pointed out - fabric durability is important!

Please advise if we have any recourse in taking this matter further, perhaps an ombudsman in this industry?
