We bought our couch from Coricraft 6 months ago and it comes with a 10 years guarantee for the body as well as 2 years guarantee for fabric where we can fill the cushions as much as we want during these 2 years.
We contacted them before traveling and they agreed to send their team for collection on the 26th of August. We came back from holiday on 8th September and the cushions were not returned yet. We contact them on the 9th and they advise that by Wednesday 11th we will receive them.
On the 11th we receive the cushions but you don't want to see their condition:
1. Not cleaned
2. Cover not ironed
3. 1 Missing cushion (1 of the cushions is not ever for our sofa not sure how that happens)
4. The right cushion have a yellow spot on it
We sent the details to the support based on the address we found on the website on the 11th but we did not receive any reply back. I contacted them yesterday the 12th and they took my cellphone number to provide feedback and they never called me yet.
I was a satisfied customer when I bought the sofa but the after sale is so bad and the customer service provided is not at its best. Now I am unable to sit on my sofa &have to clean it again. I AM DECEIVED
