Incorrect delivery

On 12th July 2013 I bought two matching sky walnut recliners from Coricraft. When the recliners were delivered this afternoon on the 10th August 2013 the one is the right colour and fabric but the second one the fabric and the colour are both incorrect and the fabric is dirty it seems as if it has been used. I phoned the Glen Coricraft they told me that they could not phone the warehouse as the warehouse was closed and they can only phone them on Monday. if the warehouse closes at 1pm on Saturdays why are they doing deliveries between 1pm and 5 pm? I have been left with the incorrect couch and Adolf at the Glen store said I should keep the couch and He will only be able to phone the warehouse on Monday and he said I should take a picture of the couch and email it to him. At whose expense? I feel inconvenienced that I've been left with this couch that doesn't match my deco and they didn't even have the decency to take it. My concern is will they expect me to cover the delivery costs for the right couch and whether they'll give me excuses that its not in the same condition they left it in.
