Have to pay twice for bad quality

Shopped 2 yrs 4 the perfect dining room set, colour & more importantly QUALITY, I CHOSE CORICRAFT :( .I did fabric protection to enjoy clean dining chairs. Less than a year chair seats sunk. Many calls & complaints later Coricraft agreed to give me new chairs but I had to PAY AGAIN for fabric protection in order for the new delivery. Around this time the stress, phone bills, drives back & forth was too much & we were getting nowhere with Coricraft so I agreed to pay. The new DARKER chairs were delivered & again I felt ripped off & punished for not initially doing the protection with CoriCraft. I decided to hold on to 1 chair thinking now Coricraft will listen to me & resolve d problem. I wrote this hugely across the pickup note. Month later no one called, so we called & was told they'd get back to us but we did not hear back from them for another month. Last we called again & was told same, only to get an unpleasant call from Claudette to say I have to pay for the chair I held onto;a chair she; on two separate phone calls told us was poor quality & now expects me to pay for it. DONT tell me to not publicly complain... I could not find a contact for someone at Coricraft who CARES
