Let me explain myself here, to make it crystal clear how incompetent you are.
Order placed on the 28th Jan

I called today to track the order. However picked up the phone sounded like I awoke them from a deep hibernation. She couldn't help, put me through to sales. Probably went into a coma afterwards.
Now you tell me you don't have payment? No explanation, yet FNB confirmed via SMS the payment came off my credit card. I thought this was instant? Or does your system still use a Pentium 2 to process orders?
So, I originally needed my item by Friday. That's tomorrow if you want to check your calendar.
Your website confirmed delivery within 1 - 3 days.
Surely someone has enough brain power over there pick up I haven't paid and start asking questions?
Anyway, what a disgusting first experience with you. I'll never order from iWarehouse again.
Cancel my order IMMEDIATELY.
If the payment does reflect on my bank statement in the next few days I will be beyond off. So, you say you don't have payment, keep it that way. If your system/ human/ lab experiment processes a payment I will demand a return plus costs for the inconvenience.
