Ock ts my money!

On 11/07/13, I placed an order on [URL Removed] for an item I was buying as a birthday present. On 12/07/13, I deposited the money for the item and delivery fees into their account. I did not receive a receipt of payment confirmation email from them. I then sent them an email with the proof of payment attached on 18/07/13.An Alistaire from the company stated that they did not receive my payment. However FNB has confirmed that the payment did go through. I emailed them again to state that I needed this item urgently to give as a gift on 06/08/13. The website advertises that they will ship their orders within 14 days - an entire month has passed and I have not received my order. The 06/08/13 has come and gone, so the item is now useless to me and its intended recipient. Rock Ts have ignored all my emails and have not bothered to provide me with any feedback. Their pathetic service and lack of customer care is atrocious! I sent emails to [Email Removed] which were all ignored.
