PROMISES NOT KEPT - INCORRECT ORDER

In August 2013 a order was placed for fairings, order was confirmed and payment of R5 500 (including delivery) made as no order would be received without payment first. Payment confirmed and invoice received from then on no contact was made by ABC regarding delivery every time we called another excuse was given first Customs returned shipment, then wrong order, then delayed due to Christmas every time promises were made to include bolts & extras and confirmed that no further costs to us. Surprise finally 13/12/2013 after contacting ABC again was advised that package was going to be couriered when arrived not only was it not the fairing order but none of the confirmed bolts & extras were there. Since receiving the package no one is able to contact Ziyaad or ABC Importers. Watch out is this just another artist??
