I am first time buyer at Zando, i placed an order on 05/05/2013 order number :200153132
It was confirmed that I will get the order on the 8th, but on the 7th i got a mail from the service support at Zando saying they do not offer COD payments in the area that I am in, so the option they gave me was to do the electronic payment but did not assure me when I will get the order because the payment would take 4 days to reflect on their side, as this was an inconvenience, i right then decided to cancel this order because i needed the shoes for Saturday the 9th, so they confirmed that the order was cancelled. This morning I get a call from their delivery man saying he will be delivering the order this afternoon and i need to have the money as its a COD payment... I feel this is unacceptable and very in competent, As i believe online shopping should be convenient and hassle free, that's the purpose, but my experience with ZANDO so far has been the worst, their call center agents are not on point, I still need the shoes but the date is not per agreement. Please help.
