No GPS, No refund

Hi, I wanted to buy a Garmin G6 Golf GPS from iWarehouse, I did phone and got a confirmation that they do have stock. On 10 December 2013, I already made the payment, and I have not been send a tracking number. At about between 20 and 23 December I did however ask for a refund and cancellation of the order. Today is 29 December 2013 and no money has been refunded yet. I do not know what to do, as I do not have a GPS nor do I have my money in my bank account.
