Even after online chat?

I ordered goods from Iwarehouse on the 14th December according to the site the goods I ordered were in stock and I paid the usual extra for 1 to 3 days delivery... With public holidays In between I had assumed a bit of a delay but not a 10 day delay.

I went online to their online chat and asked about my order they mentioned because of the public holidays there would be a slight day or two delay at no time was I told here that a) they didn't have stock or b) that they had neot even looked at my order.

This being a Christmas gift for a sibling I did a follow up again on the following Monday 23rd spoke to a gentleman joshua who told me that the order was never processed and that the item was out of stock and because all their suppliers were closed they would have to do a refund.. That's all good and well but could I not have been given this info 5 days earlier its now the 23rd and the chances of me sourcing this same product has kind of left me in the dwang .. Thank you I warehouse for the stirling service... I will never use you again and will highly recommend others do the same. Worst online experience ever and I shop online ALOT.
