I placed and paid for two orders (1001062812 and 1001094098) at [URL Removed] On 11 December 2013 I e-mailed them to find out what I need to do as the delivery of one of the orders are going to be on 13 December 2013 and there is not going to be anyone available to receive the order, no response. I phoned them on 12 December 2013 to find out what to do. I was informed that the other order is not going to be delivered on 12 December 2013 as scheduled, I asked them to cancel both orders. I phoned them twice and sent an e-mail to get them to refund the money I paid, order 1001062812 has since been refunded, but I am still waiting for order 1001094098 (R359-15) to be refunded. The last time I phoned them, the lady even took my contact number, I don't know why as no-one made an effort to contact me. They did not even respond to my e-mails. I am very dissapointed with the service I am receiving from them, can you please help me to sort out this mess?
