Failiure to deliver goods purchased on line

I recently purchased an item from on line retailer iWarehouse for R1000 (bark collar for a dog). Unfortunately there is a postal strike in SA, so I had to pay an additional R130 by bank transfer to have a courier deliver the collar. Needless to say it never arrived. We have followed up with iWarehouse on two occasions. On the first occasion they insisted it had been delivered, then subsequently did not return our call. I am not sure if this on line site is a, but I would warn against making on line purchases from iwarehouse.
