Electronics and household app.

I will never ever in my life support the Samsung brand again.

I took my Samsung S4 to the Service centre on 14th ave, to be advised that it will be booked in, and i can have it back at the latest the next day.

Following up on the next day, I am advised that the "Central Board" is faulty and needs to be replaced, and they can not provide me with a date it will be done as they are awaiting parts.

Never mind whether I am going on leave, or the inconvenienced caused.

Further according to my little knowledge, taking away the external cover, screen and battery, it is only a mother/central board left.

Well done Samsung! A new S4 that only lasts for 6 months!

I contacted the customer care line at 15:30 ref no 7112190619 and is still waiting for the "Supervisor" to call me back.
