Beware of solar panels being sold by Neux

I have purchased 3 solar panels from seller Neux on Bid or Buy. I paid immediately on the same night as the auction closure and took delivery of the panel the next day being a rainy Thursday. On openning the package I was drawn to a burn like stain under the glass on the front of the panel and was shocked at how fouled this panel was with silicone sealant which is used to assemble and seal these panels. The termination box on the rear of the unit has been glued on at such a bad angle it is shocking how this thing passes QA inspection. Due to time constraints and the weather not being suitable to test the unit I waited for Saturday to arrive to be able to test the unit. When testing the unit, the specs were no where near as specified on the spec label on the rear of the unit. I have contacted the seller and have been stalled and messed around and Iam having no joy in resolving this matter.
