Bad, Bad Back up Support from Samsung

Electronics and household app.

I bought 10 Samsung TV's from Samsung May 2011. One of the 55 inch LED R54 480.00 at the time, packed up, not even 2 years later, it was taken to Let me Repair in Cape Town, whom I was told is the Samsung agents for repairs. This was 3 months ago on the 28 Feb 2013, the TV is still not fixed or replaced. All the TV's I bought then had a 3 year warranty, Let Me Repair informed me the power supply went, then it was the screen, and now its the board inside the TV, to date I paid them R10 000.00 for I don't know what. If my TV had a 3 year warranty, how can this be allowed. The TV is still not fixed and I was told by one off the Let me Repair, technicians that they don't even know what is wrong with the TV, they don't have the right equipment to test the TV they must just guess and keep on replacing parts. I phoned Samsung call centre numerous off times, everyone will get back to me, but still nothing??? Let me Repair want to fix the TV when they can figure out what's wrong, and then give me a 3 month parts warranty!! I demand a new TV from Samsung and a full refund for monies paid to date to Let me Repair, and regret the day I decided to invest in any Samsung TV equipment
