6 month phone - main board replaced - no parts?

I dropped my phone off at TM Electronics 5 weeks ago for my samsung S3 to be assessed. i was told it needed main board replaced and screen replaced. on a 6 month old phone??? Very strange. These repairs i feel are not at my fault or handling of the phone. it has now been 5 weeks since i dropped my phone off and i am told the parts have still not arrived. Ordered but not arrived? I get annoyed on phone to both this centre and the Samsung call centre and no one can assist me in who i need to contact. A phone of 6 months

I dont get feed back from the centre i am the one always left out the loop and the one you has to contact them. After i left them with 3 contact numbers and no loan phone they told me this morning they tried to call but no answer. i find it hard to believe if i gave them 3 different contact numbers to contact me on.

i am feeling very despondent now with a phone and brand that i once was very impressed and proud of, having referred this phone to 3 people i am now the one sitting with no phone at all.

i just wonder how much longer i am going to sit waiting wondering what is happening? where could these parts be /' is it a common problem? no parts? surely
