I WILL NEVER NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT AGAIN

I bought a Samsung TV about 4 to 5 years ago for R12000. Recently, the picture started jumping on all channels. I called my DSTV technician who told me that there is a problem with the TV as the decoder was brand new. Samsung approved technicians collected the TV this morning and advised that the mother board has to be replaced at a cost of R2000 and this will take a minimum of 2 weeks! What a useless, inferior product only lasting 4 years!
I have a Samsung TV, DVD, phone, fridge, micro (which has been repaired twice in the past two years) and washing machine. I will NEVER NEVER buy a Samsung product in my life again and I will tell everyone know to do the same.
Don't bother with the call center either, they are arrogant, badly trained, unapologetic and can only waste your time lecturing you about their warranty policies.
