Bought a Galaxy Note 3 for R9000 (O yeah, VAT is not included in the prizes on their website). Paid R150 for the courier delivery.1st they still waiting for a verification code on my payment, then it went through, then again they're waiting for a verification code. Okay, according to them, it's payed? Waited for their brilliant courier service the next day-obviously a no show. Phoned the so called "call centre" GHMF... really? 25 min later, my call was forwarded to 5 people, GET THIS!..they see I use 8ta and the phone is not compatible with my network? SO NOW THEY ARE WAITING FOR NEW STOCK, REALLY? Oh wait, they still waiting for a verification code. No wait, the phone would be delivered the next day-OBVIOUSLY NOT. Waited the whole freaking day at home for their o so not reliable courier service? Get this, they where at my home at 10:30 - BULL TWANG! No response on my emails. The only time Tania contacted me, WITHIN SECONDS, was when I cancelled my order on 16-10-2013. To inform me I CAN'T cancel? After her unusual quick response-THE COURIER SERVICE CALLED? NOGAL FROM MY AREA? THEY HAVE A DELIVERY FOR ME FOR THE NEXT DAY? Really? I'm so out of LA-LA LAND! And so should you
