Exactly 16 days ago I applied for a smart device through FNB then I waited and waited and waited, On day 9 I called and asked the status of the device I was advised then that I must wait till Monday 11/11/13 day 12 and enquire again I was then to and told the courier had my order and would let me know on delivery time and day on calling the courier I was told they have no order I must phone FNB this went on back and forward till Tuesday where I was called and advised the system was down for a few days " they could have told me that on Friday day 9" and now its up only on Wednesday did I get an sms and a call to arrange delivery. Now they advised delivery would take place on 14/11/13 but I had to change address as their was an issue. What a surprise FNB uses the only courier in the world that is only open 8-5 and when I called this morning one of their call centre woman said she would assist in changing the delivery address then she doesn't call back I've now been waiting 2 Hours for her and don't even bother emailing cause the one call centre operator doesn't know what the other has said. FNB's service is pathetic and they really need to pull up their socks. Now I wait.
