Not interested in my complaint about dishwashe

The bottom pull out tray of the dishwasher is rusted. Pieces have rusted off and when I was explaining what was wrong David who is the head of LG Johannesburg he was not interested. He accused me of misuse, as the dishwasher is 5 years old. He said they were only guaranteed for 2 years. I understand that, as I was only pointing out a "defect".

Attitude like that will now make me rather support another supplier of this kind of equipment in future.
