Courier It did not courier anything!

I purchased this voucher on 30.10.2013. Is stated that product will be delivered in 2 weeks. Today is 29thNovember and still no delivery. COURIER IT called me for the 1st time on 25th November. They said that they had tried twice previously to deliver but no one was home. I explained that I work & asked for delivery before 8am. Their very unfriendly response was that they deliver in my area during 9-11am. I would need to ensure that I am available during this time. I gave them mother-in-laws address. She is a 72 years old pensioner who is always home. My niece was also home this entire week. According to the drivers they tried to deliver on Monday & Tuesday -no one was home. They however did not contact me. On Thursday I called them and was assured that delivery would happen on Friday. Again - no delivery. Again no feedback from Courier It. I called them. Again it was that they tried to deliver but no one was home. Again, this is NOT TRUE. The delivery process on this package has been shocking. My previous purchases from Groupon was not been like this. This experience will seriously have me reconsidering future Groupon purchases.
