I had a order delivered to me on Wednesday the 11 Sept 2013 from [URL Removed] The order was a miss pick on there side and they said that they will send a courier to come and collect the wrong order and replace it. I have waited two days for the courier that never pitched i phoned the costumer care line and they just said they will look into it, i also phoned the courier and they said they will send someone asap
They never came.
I'm tired of waiting for the courier and phoning people who do not seem to care about customer service as i have to wait for my miss picked package to be collected before they can give me the right package which i find is unfair to the customer as it was not my mistake but the companies
I would just like some feed back as i have tried emailing them and had no response eithe
