Bad service, stocking, passing the buck

We are frequent customers of Builders Warehouse, normally we go to the store at least once per week. every time we visit their service is worse and worse. there is never any sales people to assist in finding something, when you do find someone to help, they either have no clue therefore selling you the wrong goods which later have to be returned, or they send you to a different department who send you to a different department and so it goes on. What makes it even harder is that on most items there are no prices, or dimensions. When going to the contractors counter they have no idea what is in stock, he will be adamant the item is out of stock, but you can lead him and show him the stock that is so called 'finished'. Once you finally manage to find what you need and pay for it you then sit in the loading bay for a minimum of 30 min, even if it is just to load one bag of cement, as there is complete disorganisation. good luck finding someone to help you! We are now tired of this and have started going to chamberlains, which do not have as large a variety but at least there are knowledgeable sales people who actually assist you and make your visit a pleasant one!
