I phoned builders warehouse today to find out if they had stock of earth circuit breakers. The woman answering the phone responded with 'what do you want lady? ' And then after asking again she put me through to the gardening department after asking for the electrical department.. This already had my back up but I decided to drive to the store to check stock for myself. The breakers were stored away in a cupboard. There was no one to assist so I pushed the call for service button. An announcement was made calling someone to the electrical department, I waited, another announcement was made, I still waited. A third announcement was made and still no one came. I then had to push the button again as it had stopped beeping by this time. Another announcement was made and still no one came to assist. I then went to information and had to wait for the staff to finish socialising before they could talk to me and when I explained that I was waiting for someone to assist I was told that someone had been sent to assist me, which was not the case.By this time I was so fed up I left and had to travel to the Woodlands store to purchase the item. Shocking service!
