Advertised Product no stock and promised

Hi, Builders warehouse two weeks ago had a special on the kitchen counter tops, R448.00 ea. When I reached there they were sold out on a specific colour "Black". I spoke to the manager of the contracting department and he asked me to pay for the 2 I ordered and that when they receive their new stock a week later they will contact me. Two weeks went on and no one contacted me. I call the manger again "Mr Muhamed" only to be told I must come there in person as that was an incorrect item code on my till slip and it was a special request order made for builders warehouse. I had to pitch up again at the warehouse only to be told in person they don't have stock, No apology 3 weeks later after I had paid for the Items, neither was I compensated for the time delay and inefficiency
