Never use this guy, never did the job!

I have never in my life experienced such incompetency! We contacted Jan in Dec to do some work at one of our properties. We paid in the 50% deposit he requested. The first time he never pitched to do the work, he didn't even let us know that he would not come that day. It is know Feb and after 8 arrangements Jan has still not pitched. He makes pathetic excuses! I asked him several times to please pay back our deposit as we will get someone else to do the job. He says that he doesn't have the money to pay us back!! Whose problem is that!!! He make promises he can't keep and he is a real artist! I don't know how he can run a business like this, no wonder he doesn't have the money to pay us back. I will be taking this further, be warned this guy will take your money and run without doing the job.
