No stock of items on promotion

Good Day,

I have been to two different Builder Warehouse stores - Kempton Park and Boksburg (North Rand Road) in search of the Multiwall Awning which is on promotion for R798.00 at the moment. Both stores do not have stock of this item.

Would it not be prudent to have ample stock of an item that is on promotion till the 10th March 2013? What's the use of advertising a special when you do not have any stock available! Both stores have no idea when they will be getting any stock in! Worse still we were given a phamplet with details about the supplier of the product and asked to enquire with them about stock!! Is it now up to the customer to actually source products?

I would like to know when this item will be available? Or will this item will be available at the promotional price, when stock eventually does arrive after 10th March??
Really dissapointed with Builders Warehouse...
