Builder's Warehouse - hopeless!

I swear I will not go near the place again. BUILDERS WAREHOUSE CONSTANTIABERG TOKAI. I am sick and tired of never finding what I need. Hilti's? Forget it. Stock "coming in next week"? Don't bother to go back. Paint? Oh..they don't supply that paint anymore. Or they've changed the packaging. Or this is "exactly" the same... Don't believe it! Look at your labels and ask to open for colour match. I am sick and tired of the cheap Chinese they stock. I am sick and tired of staff who pretend they know everything, give the wrong information... either because of an ego, or because they don't know, or because they just can't be bothered to find out more, or find out where the actual stock is and just say "they don't have", or can't be bothered to enquire further, or who don't know what they've got in stock, or who are not qualified to give IMPORTANT and pertinent information. No. I am sick of it. They got too big for their boots and they JUST DON'T CARE. They take down information and "will get it/order it for you", or "come back to you in a day or two"... ha, ha! Forget it. It never happens. Better service had next door at their smaller competitor. (T.C)
