Extremely unprofessional behaviou

Thermo Coatings was contracted to paint the interior of our house. I dealt with Mr Jan Visagie and when we wanted to test other sample colours, he became quite forceful on the telephone and started losing his cool, which progressed to him becoming irate and eventually slamming the phone down. He never showed up for work on the date he was meant to start, without a phonecall or notification of any kind that he was not willing to honour our SIGNED contract. I found his behaviour rather inapproprate and this is probably one of the most unprofessional suppliers i have ever dealt with.

When i googled the supplier name, I noted that my complaint is not the first regarding his behaviour. I would most certainly not recommend Thermo Coatings to anybody, perhaps only once its owner attends an anger management program!
